Influencing stakeholders is a critical business analysis activity. Our stakeholders must be convinced that the solution we are presenting will align with their needs and the wider needs of the organisation. Very often our presenting facts whilst important are dry, dull, boring and fail to persuade them.
Relevant business stories add a rich dimension by combining logic and emotions together to make a compelling argument that uses the imagination of our stakeholders to visualise what the target state may look like.
I have personally used story telling in my digital transformation projects and have been able to collaborate successfully with my stakeholders. In this talk, I will share with the audience the skills and techniques to tell stories that influence business change.
