Driven by my purpose of helping people and organisations discover better ways of working, I co-founded Neu21 in 2020. Neu21 is a consultancy formed by the merger of two leading agencies, The Agile Eleven and G2 Innovation, who came together to make work better for a new world.
Born and educated in Barcelona, Spain and with a career that expands over 20 years across a number of customer centric leadership roles, I feel very privileged to have worked with many large and fast-growing digital organisations around the world.
In 2012 I joined the REA Group, where I became a pioneer in taking agile ways of working beyond the software development world. After seeing the positive impact of these new work approaches on their people and customers, I was inspired and founded The Agile Eleven in 2015, revolutionising the management consulting industry in Melbourne and becoming a sought-after approach in the world of work.
The Agile Eleven made a name for itself transforming global organisations through its unique, human-centred and customer-obsessed approach to consulting.
In 2020, The Agile Eleven merged with award-winning innovation and Design Thinking firm G2 Innovation to form Neu21. This union provides a unique alternative to big consultancies in the market when it comes to innovation, leadership, agility and ways of working.
